Un registro por bebida. Cada campo lleva su página fuente, el laboratorio de inteligencia artificial (IA) que lo leyó y su estado, y cada registro lleva su CUVEE, el estándar de clasificación en bev-cuvee.ai. Los recuentos se producen del índice al pedir la página, nunca se escriben a mano.
